Biographical Information
Charlotte became the Classis Stated Clerk in 2007, the first year Central Plains Classis transitioned into a new organizational model. It has been an exciting and challenging 10 years with men and women working together across 4 states. She has 32 years of experience as Ministry Leader and Administrator at Our Lord’s Community Church in Oklahoma City.
As a minister’s kid she grew up in the reformed tradition and her early teen years found her involved in a similar transition within the youth ministry of the RCA. Communications and support for change led her to travel to many Midwest churches to encourage change and a new way of youth ministry.
Life in Oklahoma for 40 years has been a rich growth time through small groups and teaching and leading teams in a variety of ministry, financial and building endeavors. She and her husband, Robert have two grown boys, both adopted. They continue to have a heart for international orphans.
