The RCA is offering a small church leadership collaborative is a six month experience of prayer, support and ongoing conversation around maximizing the gifts and contributions of your congregation. We will be reading books together and there will be regular practices to turn learning into action. The cost is the cost of the books, as the gatherings will take place on Zoom.
