Early in Dale’s ministry he sensed God’s specific calling to minister “to leaders and churches.” Dale has 20 years of pastoral experience and over 17 years of regional church ministry. He has a passion to assist leaders, consistories, and churches to discover God’s vision and design a practical implementation plan to live into that vision. Dale and his wife, Dawn, team together in ministry providing various workshops and assessment. When Dale is not traveling he is thinking of their four grown children and eleven grandchildren. Dale is the Central Plains Classis Leader and is available to all. Please refer to the menu of services to find out how he can assist you in your ministry. Dale has a Bachelor’s Degree from Hope College in Psychology and Sociology and a Masters of Divinity from Western Theology Seminary, as well as Doctoral credits from Fuller Theological Seminary.
